It Started With a Need
" My journey in care began long before foot care."
"While studying nursing, I had the opportunity to care for people who needed support with everyday tasks. Those early experiences taught me that caring for someone is about more than simply completing a task. It means taking the time to understand the person, treating them with respect, and preserving their dignity.
When I began working in home care in 2014, I started noticing the same challenge again and again: many older adults had difficulty reaching their feet or caring for them safely on their own.
What might seem like a small part of everyday life could become a real challenge. I also saw how important regular foot care could be for people living with diabetes, reduced sensation, changes in circulation, or slower healing can cause a minor foot concern to go unnoticed or become more serious.
Those experiences showed me just how important preventive foot care can be in helping people stay comfortable, mobile, and independent.
So I decided to pursue specialized training in foot care nursing, allowing me to provide professional care tailored to each person’s needs right in the comfort of their own home.
That’s where my passion for foot care began: seeing a need, understanding the person behind it, and finding a way to help.
Today, that same philosophy guides Mobile Solution Foot Care. We provide professional, compassionate foot care centered around the individual, helping our clients care for their feet while supporting their comfort, mobility, and independence."

Together, we bring years of nursing and customer service experience, a strong focus on operations, and a shared commitment to creating an exceptional experience for the clients we serve.
Marie Mireille Alouidor
Founder & Advanced Foot Care Nurse
Marie Mireille is the Founder of Mobile Solution Foot Care and a licensed Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from the University of Ottawa, has over 15 years of nursing experience, and has specialized training in foot care.
For more than a decade, she has provided in-home nursing care throughout the community, caring for patients directly in the comfort of their homes.
Her approach to foot care is grounded in the same philosophy that has guided her throughout her nursing career: providing compassionate, professional care while taking the time to understand each person’s individual needs.
Today, she brings that experience to every Mobile Solution Foot Care visit, with a focus on excellence, comfort, safety, and personalized, patient-centred care.
Maëlle Alouidor
Strategy & Operations Lead
Maëlle serves as the Strategy & Operations Lead at Mobile Solution Foot Care, where she oversees strategic planning, operations, and the patient experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.
With over a decade of experience in customer service across both the public and private sectors, she brings a strong commitment to service excellence and thoughtful, efficient operations. Her background in banking, finance, and investing has also shaped her approach to business strategy, sustainable growth, and long-term planning.
Maëlle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, which has helped shape her understanding of people, communication, and the diverse needs of the individuals and communities MSFC serves.
At the heart of her work is a simple goal: to help build a company that grows with intention while never losing the personal, thoughtful care that makes Mobile Solution Foot Care different.
